Commercial Tenant Improvement
In conjunction with the Yaletown project, CTC was chosen to expedite the Tenant improvement inside the top floor of the Professional Center in South Surrey. The Tenant improvement consisted of constructing 44 new commercial salon spaces, transforming the location into a welcoming, efficient space.

Pre-engineered Steel Buildings
CTC Construction was selected to design, supply, and install a total of five (5) Pre-engineered self-storage buildings, totalling 36,100 sq. ft. The buildings offer 267 conditioned storage units.

Tenant Improvement
CTC completed an exterior upgrade to the iconic Carmana Hotel in downtown Vancouver. Complete with new architectural cladding, new lighting package, and brand exposure for a world-class restaurant moving in.
