Commercial Tenant Improvement
CTC Construction was awarded the tenant improvement contract for Citizen Salon in Vancouver’s bustling Yaletown district. This project involved the interior tenant improvement of an existing commercial space to accommodate 36 individual full-service salons.
Parksville, B.C.
Pre-engineered Steel Buildings
CTC Construction was selected to design, supply, and install a total of five (5) Pre-engineered self-storage buildings, totalling 36,100 sq. ft. The buildings offer 267 conditioned storage units.

Tenant Improvement
CTC completed an exterior upgrade to the iconic Carmana Hotel in downtown Vancouver. Complete with new architectural cladding, new lighting package, and brand exposure for a world-class restaurant moving in.

Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings
This project involved the construction of a new pre-engineered steel building to serve as a truck maintenance shop at an active gypsum mining site. The facility was designed to accommodate heavy-duty mining trucks and equipment, providing a dedicated space for routine service, major repairs, and storage of maintenance tools and supplies.
