CTC Construction was awarded the tenant improvement contract for Citizen Salon in Vancouver’s bustling Yaletown district. This project involved the interior tenant improvement of an existing commercial space to accommodate 36 individual full-service salons. The scope of work included the demolition of non-structural interior elements and the construction of new walls, partitions, and finishes to create a functional and visually appealing environment for salon operations.
